In this episode, my friend, Nat (she/they), joins me to talk about neurodiversity. Nat is autistic and has ADHD. We talk about their story to diagnosis and reminisce on working together as two neurodivergent people. We also talk about recruitment, interviews, appraisals and reasonable adjustments that don’t cost the earth. This episode is longer than our typical but there are so many nuggets.
